The Project: The client had developed a disruptive technology for fouling prevention on marine structures. Safinah was retained by the client to assist in identifying suitable entry level market niches. Introducing the customer to potential end users and development partners (from within the coating community and potential end users). Safinah also provided input into the business model and patent filing activities.
The technology is being tested by a number of key technology adopters and an exclusivity agreement is now in negotiation.
