This November, the Safinah Yacht Team will be making waves in Amsterdam as they take part in two of the marine industry’s flagship events: METSTRADE 2025 and The Superyacht Forum at RAI Amsterdam.

Navigating METSTRADE 2025

From 18–20 November, METSTRADE returns to RAI Amsterdam as the world’s premier trade show for the leisure marine sector. As the event has expanded, the Superyacht segment now occupies three halls and includes a dedicated Refit Cluster – a strategic move to highlight high-end solutions for superyachts.

The Superyacht Forum - Where vision meets action

On 17–18 November (just before METSTRADE kicks off), The Superyacht Forum brings together leaders from yacht building, management, design, refit, and supply chains to discuss sustainability, new technologies, refit strategies, crew leadership and future owner expectations.

Jakov "Bobo" Radenovic

Consultant (Americas)

Jakov joined the industry as a Coating Inspector and has worked in the protective coating industry for over 37 years. He has a wealth of experience from technical leadership positions held in Europe, Middle East, Asia/Pacific and Americas.

His speciality is in surface treatment, corrosion and fouling protection by protective coatings; from coating system & specification design to field testing and implementation, practical application, risk management and failure analysis.

Prior to joining Safinah, Jakov was working as a Technical Service Director and Chief Consultant for Global Key Accounts in renewable energy, with one of the major, global suppliers of coating solutions to Marine, Energy, Infrastructure, Industrial and Decorative sectors.
