This presentation was given at the third International Symposium on Ship Operations, Management, and Economics in 2010 and focuses on the issues of economy, fuel consumption and emissions which are all in large part a product of the performance of the anti-fouling coating.
The intention of the presentation was to provide some guidance on anti-fouling for the smaller fleet operator.
