E&I Team to launch its first webinar in the Safinah Webinar Series.

Safinah’s Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) team will present the next webinar in the Safinah Webinar Series with its first session focused on Intumescent Coatings for Buildings and Stadiums.

Presented by Senior Consultant Simon Daly, this marks an important step in strengthening Safinah’s visibility and technical leadership within the commercial buildings and infrastructure sector.

The webinar explores the technical, regulatory, and commercial considerations surrounding intumescent passive fire protection (PFP) systems applied to structural steel in commercial offices and stadiums.

The webinar is presented by Simon Daly - Senior Consultant (E&I) | Safinah

As fire safety standards continue to evolve and scrutiny around compliance increases, project teams are facing growing pressure to demonstrate that intumescent systems are correctly specified, properly applied, and capable of delivering long-term performance. Simon’s session addresses common industry challenges, including original system identification, changes in design codes, dry film thickness verification, refurbishment versus replacement decisions, and ensuring alignment with current regulatory and documentation expectations.

This inaugural E&I webinar forms part of a broader strategic campaign highlighting our expertise in newbuild and refurbishment coating projects across commercial buildings, offices, stadiums, and bridge infrastructure. The initiative supports Safinah’s continued expansion into the built environment market, positioning the company as an independent technical authority capable of supporting asset owners, project managers, contractors, and regulators from early design stages through to condition assessment and refurbishment strategy.

By delivering insight through this webinar series, Safinah aims to engage with clients earlier in the project lifecycle, helping them make informed, evidence-based decisions before procurement and application stages begin.

The Safinah Webinar Series reflects the our proactive approach to thought leadership and market engagement. Future sessions are planned as part of the series, aligned with Safinah’s strategic growth priorities in the infrastructure and commercial sectors.
