The project entailed instruction to review the coating scheme and the condition of the underwater hull coating prior to the static period to confirm the coatings were in a good condition prior to the static period.

A major manufacturer of raw materials used in heavy duty coatings contacted Safinah to develop and present a bespoke training course on how to formulate marine coatings for all vessel areas, including anticorrosive for ballast tanks, cargo tanks, cargo holds; underwater scheme including antifouling, foul release and tie coats; topcoats.
